This NASA Procedural Requirements (NPR) provides the financial management requirements for vital records and emergency operations.
This NPR is applicable to NASA Headquarters and NASA Centers, including Component Facilities and Technical and Service Support Centers. This language applies to JPL, other contractors, grant recipients, or parties to agreements only to the extent specified or referenced in the appropriate contracts, grants, or agreements.

a. NPD 1040.4A, "NASA Continuity of Operations."
b. NPR 1040.1, "NASA Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planning Procedural Requirements."
c. NPD 1440.6, "NASA Records Management."
d. NPR 1441.1, "NASA Records Retention Schedules."
e. NPD 8710.1, "NASA Emergency Preparedness Program." This NASA Policy Directive addresses NASA's baseline capability requirements for responding to emergencies.
f. NPR 8715.2, "NASA Emergency Preparedness Plan."
Quality assurance reviews and analysis of records, reports, and an analysis of emergency operation performance will be used to measure compliance with this NPR.
