Chapter 5. Leasing Vehicles

5.1 When NASA HQ vehicles are not available or their use would take them out of the 150 mile radius, separate arrangements may be pursued with vehicle rental companies, in accordance with NASA Travel supplement. If this is pursued, the cost of the rental must be paid for by the department that is directly sponsoring the event.
