P.1 PURPOSE

P.1.1 This Headquarters Procedural Requirements (HQPR) document describes the responsibilities and requirements for requesting and utilizing the Government Fleet Vehicles.

P.2 APPLICABILITY

P.2.1 This HQPR applies to NASA civil service employees and to employees of NASA Contractors, and other partners to the extent specified within contracts or agreements.
