- Table C.2: updated and corrected references for Bloodborne Pathogens and Health Providers.

- Table C.3-1: updated title of table (and section) to clarify that surveillance examinations are for employees that require medical certification; moved Crew Food Handler/Technician from C.3-15 to C.3-5; added Forklift, Powered Industrial Truck, and High Lift Industrial Truck Operator as C.3-10.
