EO 14119, Scaling and Expanding the Use of Registered Apprenticeships in Industries and the Federal Government and Promoting Labor-Management Forums, published March 11, promotes and expands the use of Registered Apprenticeships in the Federal government to reduce barriers and create pathways into and up through Federal employment. Section 3 of the Order lists NASA as a member of an Interagency Working Group directed to support implementation and Section 4 assigns actions to agencies.
