Chapter 5. Leasing Vehicles

When NASA HQ vehicles are not available or their use would take them out of the 300 mile radius, separate arrangements may be pursued with vehicle leasing or rental companies, in accordance with NASA Travel supplement. If this is pursued, the cost of the lease will be paid for by the department that is directly sponsoring the event.
