The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration has issued repeated rollover warnings to users of 15-passenger vans. NASA policy prohibits carrying more than 9 people including the driver in 15-passenger vans. NASA policy also requires drivers of 15-passenger vans to be experienced drivers with valid Commercial Driver’s Licenses. Procurement and use of these vehicles is highly discouraged.
