Given the new requirements of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is a mandatory reviewing and concurrence office for agency-level directives. NASA Centers are requested to adopt the same practice for Center-level directives. Paragraphs 2.12 and was updated to include FITARA as part of OCIO's review, and paragraph 4.3.7.7 was updated to include a mandatory review by the Information Officer for Agency-level directives and Center Information Officer/Information Technology for Center-level directives. |
