Chapter 7. Grievances

7.1.1 If an employee has a question or complaint about the MPP plan or a specific action, the employee (or designated representative) should discuss it with the CHCO or designee.

7.1.2 Formal grievances concerning an MPP action are processed through the Agency grievance system or other grievance procedures negotiated with recognized bargaining units, as appropriate.

7.1.3 An employee may not grieve non-selection from a properly ranked certificate under the NASA administrative grievance system.
