Revalidated directive to comply with 1400 Compliance, to include the following administrative changes:

• Changed title of Office of Human Capital Management to Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer to TOC (2.2);

• Change P.5 Changed Assistant Administrator, Human Capital Management (HCM) to Chief, Human Capital Officer;

• Chapter 2. Removed unnecessary shall statements based on current guidance;

• Section 2.2 Changed Assistant Administrator, Human Capital Management to Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO);

• Section 2.2.1. Changed AA, HCM to CHCO;

• Sections 2.4.1, 2.6.1, and 2.7.1;

• Changed Center Human Resources Directors to servicing Human Resources Directors;

• Section 7.1.1. Changed AA, HCM to Office of the CHCO;

• Section 8.1.1. Changed AA, HCM to Office of the CHCO;
