Chapter 8. Accountability

8.1 Reporting.

8.1.1 The Office of the CHCO is the primary point of contact for accountability and, as required, shall establish reporting requirements and prepare summary reports for Agency stakeholders. Centers may be contacted for additional information as necessary for inputs into reports.
