Performance Metrics 

Minimum Utilization by Vehicle Type

Centers shall develop minimum utilization goals for each category of vehicles and compare goals to actual usage on a periodic basis. See paragraph 4.2.2.2 detailing the process for establishing utilization targets and subsequent utilization evaluation.
