Adherence to NASA Compliance Strategy and Goals

NASA Headquarters issued a comprehensive strategy dated December 2002 that describes the steps NASA will take in meeting the mandates of EPAct and E.O. 13149. Each CTO shall play an integral role in ensuring the goals are consistently met. See NPR 6200.1B.
